Please note that prior to Fiscal Year 2022 (FY22), our budget books were traditionally prepared after the budget was approved, with the exception of FY17. However, since Fiscal Year 2022 (FY22), as a practice, budget books are generated and utilized to propose the budget to the Barnstable County Board of Regional Commissioners and the Assembly of Delegates. Any changes made by these entities are reflected in a final budget passed through the ordinance.
