Barnstable County Nurses Provide Vaccines, Health Screenings, and Wellness Info. at Annual Stand Down for Veterans Cape Cod

The 3rd Annual Stand Down for Veteran’s Cape Cod took place on Friday, September 27th, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, at Emerald Resort’s Irish Village/Hyport Conference Center. Barnstable County nurses provided flu shots, bone density scans, cardio checks, and health and wellness information to participants. Several other local organizations were in attendance as well, offering a variety of resources and services to the Veterans.
