The Public Health Nursing Division will be holding a COVID-19 Booster Clinic (Pfizer) on Thursday, June 8th.
Details
When: Thursday, June 8th, 9:00 AM to 1:00PM
Where: Harborview Conference Room in the Barnstable County Complex at 3195 Main Street, Barnstable, MA 02630.
Who: Anyone ages 65+*; Ages 12+ who are moderately or severely immunocompromised (no documentation required. Parental consent is required for anyone under 18.
*Any previous COVID-19 bivalent booster must have been given more than 4 months prior to June 8th.For anyone under 65 who is moderately or severely immunocompromised, your last booster should have been administered at least 2 months prior.
