Cape Cod Hoarding Task Force Offers ‘Buried Treasures Self-Help Workshops’

Have belongings taken over your house, life and social calendar?

Please join us at one of our Buried Treasures self-help workshops. These action-oriented self-help support groups are approximately 14 sessions and are based on the book Buried in Treasures: Help for Compulsive Acquiring, Saving and Hoarding by David F. Tolin, Randy O. Frost and Gail Steketee.

All ages are welcome but **Registration is required**

All who attend will:

• Receive support from others
• Receive help to develop strategies to de-clutter their home
• Work on ways to change problematic acquiring and discarding behaviors
