Healthy Aging Project Assistant

The Cape Cod Foundation is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for a Healthy Aging (HA) Project Assistant to ensure the ongoing coordination and oversight of town-level age-friendly (AF) and dementia-friendly (DF) assessments for the 15 towns on Cape Cod.

This is a part time consulting position with no benefits, through the project’s fiscal agent the Cape Cod Foundation. A minimum of 15 hours (2 days) per week will be required.  The contractor is responsible for providing their own transportation, computer equipment, and work space.  Cost proposals should not exceed $31,200 and the proposed hourly rate must be inclusive of all costs, including mileage and travel expenses.

The contract period will be 7/1/18 – 6/30/19. Filling the position is contingent upon receipt of grant funding.  Please see the full job description here.
