Are you interested in how we can create a stronger community by introducing housing opportunities for all life stages in our communities? Join us for a community conversation and voice your preferences at the first of two workshops.
The towns of Eastham, Orleans, and Falmouth, in collaboration with the Cape Cod Commission and the award-winning design team of Union Studio will open a community conversation about what it will take to meet market demand for smaller housing units in areas supported by infrastructure and neighborhood amenities.
EASTHAM & ORLEANS | Tuesday, June 19th – 6:30 PM | Eastham Public Library
A workshop on compact housing design preferences in Eastham’s Rural Highway Corridor and the Orleans Village Center.

FALMOUTH | Wednesday, June 20th – 5:30 PM | Falmouth Town Hall
A workshop on redevelopment and infill opportunities in the Davis Straits commercial area east of Falmouth village.
