Updates from 988 for Suicide & Crisis Partners
While the holidays can bring joy and happiness, people can struggle with overwhelming and difficult emotions year-round. The 988 resources are great to share for everyone this season. This month, the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) is sharing tools to help maintain and build awareness of the 988 Lifeline, including updated 988 FAQs, seasonal social media posts, and upcoming CSR-TTAC webinars happening throughout December.
New 988 FAQs are Now Live
Updated 988 Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) are now available online and are designed to help people better understand what the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline does and how it works.
