A quick-hitting winter storm will bring accumulating snow to much of S New England tomorrow, with rain mixed in at times across SE MA & RI. Mainly rain is expected for the Outer Cape and Nantucket. Snowfall rates could reach 2″/hr at times, particularly across Eastern MA and RI during the afternoon hours. The snow tapers off by early evening.
