Behavioral Health Portal Demonstration on October 23rd
The Barnstable County Department of Human Services will demonstrate the County’s breakthrough web-solution for individuals, families, and agencies concerned with mental and emotional wellness on Thursday, October 23rd from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Key features of the website include:
- Comprehensive directory of over 100 services that enables consumers to easily locate the local programs and services they need most;
- Quick reference to local emergency and crisis intervention programs in the area;
- Access to more than 30,000 articles, fact sheets, and interactive tools;
- Up‐to‐date information on the latest developments in behavioral health via an online learning center, daily nationwide news updates, advocacy tools, and state and federal legislation tracking.
Members of the public are encouraged to attend the demonstration on October 23rd in the Harborview Conference Room at the County Complex (3195 Main Street, Barnstable). The program will begin with a continental breakfast at 9:00 a.m., followed by the demonstration at 9:30 a.m.
