Breaking Ground in Truro: New Affordable Housing at Cloverleaf!

Barnstable County is proud to celebrate a major step forward for affordable housing on the Outer Cape!

The Cloverleaf development in Truro is officially underway, bringing 43 new year-round rental units to the region. Of these, 39 units are designated affordable, including homes deeply affordable to households earning 30% of the Area Median Income (AMI).

Barnstable County contributed significantly to this project, investing:

  • $300,000 through the Barnstable County HOME Consortium, and
  • $1.45 million through American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding.

These investments demonstrate our commitment to long-term, regional solutions that strengthen communities across Cape Cod.
