This short film offers answers—highlighting the many ways Barnstable County supports Cape Cod’s 15 towns. From public health and PFAS testing to IT support, regional planning, dredging, and more, we’re proud to serve the region through collaboration and innovation.
Narrated by County Commissioners, Assembly Delegates, and County Administrator Michael Dutton, the video also explains our Home Rule Charter and how Barnstable County’s structure helps towns face shared challenges—while maintaining their independence.
