At Cape Cod Cooperative Extension, we’re excited to share our Kids in the Kitchen video series! This fun, educational program is designed for students in grades K-6, their families, and even educators. The videos focus on using local ingredients, making it easy for kids to help prepare simple, no-cook snacks featuring Cape Cod’s favorite fall produce: apples and cranberries!

Our goal is to highlight local agriculture while inspiring kids to get involved in healthy, hands-on food prep. Each video walks viewers through easy-to-make snacks that don’t require cooking, while also introducing the history and background of the featured fruit or vegetable.
