Emergency Shelters and Warming Stations

1/31/22- 8:00 AM UPDATE The Multi-Agency Coordination Center has secured operations as of 8:00 AM this morning. Our remaining Regional Emergency Shelter is closed. Most power is restored across the region. Thank you to all emergency personnel, utility companies, volunteer agencies, and volunteers for an effective response to the nor’easter.

Although EverSource is making progress, there are still many of us without power AND we are experiencing some very cold temps this morning! If you need to warm up or charge up, here are some options below. Remember to exercise extreme caution when heading out onto the roads!
SHELTER UPDATE:
As of 1:00 pm on Sunday, the Falmouth High School shelter is closed. The Nauset High School shelter is anticipated to close by 3pm on Sunday afternoon. Sheltering operations are being condensed to one site, Barnstable Intermediate School located at 895 Falmouth Rd., Hyannis 02601 which will remain activated until further notice. The decision to close the Falmouth and Eastham shelters was made due to a combination of low turnout of shelter attendees and progress of power restoration efforts.
There are also WARMING STATIONS being offered in towns. If you know of additional Warming Stations available, please type in the comments or DM us so we can add. Here is what we have so far:
