The Cape Cod and the Islands Regional Network on Homelessness COVID-19 Emergency Planning Team has compiled information on programs and sites in Barnstable County where prepared meals and pre-bagged groceries and supplies are available for pick-up.
Thank you to our partners who assisted with this project – Cape Cod Hunger Network, Cooperative Extension, Cape Cod Council of Churches, Housing Assistance Corporation, Vinfen and Duffy Health Center. If you have further information to add to this list or questions about food access for people who are homeless, please contact Dan Gray at Daniel.gray@capecod.gov.
