Barnstable County’s Regional Substance Abuse Council’s Substance Use Resource Guide for Cape Cod (February 2016) 
is now available in PDF form to download and print. The easy-to-read guide includes emergency hotline numbers, treatment concepts, definitions, and a short list of organizations to help individuals and their families dealing with substance use, and to help service providers seeking and offering information.
