Tabletop Exercise to Focus on Mass-casualty HAZMAT Incident

The Barnstable County Regional Emergency Planning Committee (BCREPC) announces its annual Barnstable County REPC tabletop exercise to be held on Wednesday in collaboration with the Massachusetts Maritime Academy and the Town of Sandwich.
According to BCREPC Emergency Planner Amy Alati, this annual hazardous materials (HAZMAT) emergency response practice is unique because of the collaboration between the BCREPC and the Massachusetts Maritime Academy Emergency Management Department. The exercise is prepared and presented by cadets majoring in Emergency Management as part of their Capstone Course.
