GRANT FISCAL OFFICER – FINANCE
Barnstable County is accepting applications from qualified individuals to provide assistance with multiple aspects of the grant process including research, grant development, and fiscal management. Works closely with the County Accountant to monitor fiscal activities of awarded grants; ensures grant compliance with federal and state regulations and other funding guidelines; maintains required grant records to aid in compliance and audit reviews; prepares and submits fiscal grant reports and billings to funding agencies. Bachelor’s Degree in public administration or related field; at least two years’ experience with the grant development/writing process, grant management and project management; fiscal oversight experience preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
