Barnstable County/Cape Cod Commission is accepting applications from qualified individuals for the full time Administrative Assistant position.

Multi-tasker with excellent communication skills needed to perform varied and highly responsible administrative duties, requiring initiative and judgment.  Working knowledge of MS Office programs, strong bookkeeping skills and attention to detail required.  MUNIS experience a plus.  Assists with grant management and record keeping.

High school diploma with additional business or accounting training equivalent to an Associates Degree, 3 years of experience in office work with experience in financial procedures; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience with local government practices and procedures desired.

Possibility of remote hybrid work.
