Assembly of Delegates Public Hearings on Proposed Ordinance Nos. 22-27 and 22-28

Pursuant to Chapter 107 of the Acts of 2022, on November 16, 2022 at 4:00 p.m., the Barnstable County Assembly of Delegates will hold virtual (in-person only) public hearings on Proposed Ordinance No. 22-27, To transfer funds for the fiscal year two-thousand and twenty-three, to the Capital Stabilization Fund, Emergency Stabilization Fund, and General Stabilization Fund, as established in Ordinance No. 20-16, 20-17, and 20-18 by making transfers from the Unreserved Fund Balance for fiscal year two-thousand and twenty-three, in the amount of $2,343,854.00; and Proposed Ordinance No. 22-28, To transfer funds to the Other Post-Employment Benefits (OPEB) Liability Trust Fund of Barnstable County by making transfers from the Unreserved Fund Balance, in the amount of $8,475,715.00. It will be open to anyone wishing to testify or make public comment on the proposed ordinance. Written comments can also be emailed to owen.fletcher@capecod.gov before noon on the date of the public hearing. The public hearing and Assembly meeting will be live streamed on the Barnstable County YouTube channel at https://www.youtube.com/c/BarnstableCountyVideo.
