Assembly of Delegates Public Hearing on Proposed Ordinance No. 22-25

Pursuant to Chapter 107 of the Acts of 2022, on October 19, 2022 at 4:00 p.m., the Barnstable County Assembly of Delegates will hold a hybrid (in-person and virtual) public hearing on Proposed Ordinance 22-25, Authorizing the County Board of Regional Commissioners to execute a lease agreement with the Commissioner of the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance on behalf of the Office of the Cape & Islands District Attorney. The public hearing will be held in the Mary Pat Flynn Conference Center at the Barnstable County Courthouse Complex, 3195 Main Street – Route 6A, in the town of Barnstable, and via Microsoft Teams. It will be open to anyone wishing to testify or make public comment on the proposed ordinance. The full text of the proposed ordinance has been electronically distributed to the Town Clerk of each town in Barnstable County. It is also available on the Cape Cod Regional Government website.
