Food Safety for Food Service Workers

Our mission is to help prevent foodborne illness in Massachusetts through educational programs that address control of foodborne pathogens throughout the food chain from farm to table.

Food Handling is a Risky Business–Food Handling is a Risky Business (FHRB) is an interactive 1-2 hour food safety program designed for food handlers in preparation and service. Participants of the program will increase knowledge of food safety principles, adopt recommended food handling practices, and increase knowledge of Massachusetts Food Code regulations.  This program can be tailored to the needs of your group.  A certificate of completion will be presented to participants at the close of the program.
