2025 Scholarship from the Master Gardeners Now Open for Submissions
The Master Gardener Association of Cape Cod is pleased to announce that it will be offering four $2,500.00 scholarships to four deserving students residing in Barnstable County. Individuals applying for this scholarship must be pursuing a degree in the field of agriculture, horticulture, or a related natural resource field and the scholarship funds must be applied to the payment of tuition or room and board.
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. He/she must be a current high school senior or enrolled in college majoring in agriculture, horticulture, or a related natural resource field.
2. He/she must be a resident of Barnstable County.
3. The application must be submitted by the approved form (linked below) and must be accompanied by a one-page typed statement, the most recent official high school or official college transcript, and three letters of reference.
The Scholarship Committee of the Master Gardener Association of Cape Cod will review the applications and select the scholarship recipients. College and graduate student award recipients will receive their award upon notification by the Committee. High school student award recipients will receive their award upon receipt of the 2025 fall semester official college transcript showing “good academic standing”.
