Be advised that as of November 25, 2023, Barnstable County SHINE has reached capacity and we are unable to schedule appointments. For Open Enrollment assistance please contact Medicare directly at 1-800-MEDICARE or visit them online at medicare.gov. SHINE Counseling is by appointment only and we are unable to service walk-ins. For MassHealth related matters, please call (800) 841-2900.
We respectfully ask that SHINE customers please refrain from visiting our office without an appointment. We do not currently have the staffing capacity to handle walk-ins. We appreciate your patience and assure you that someone WILL get back to you within 3 business days.
Due to the Thanksgiving Holiday, SHINE is closed as of 12:30 PM on November 22, 2023. Calls will be returned promptly in the order in which they were received once our office re-opens on Friday, November 24th. Thank you for your patience.
