The new website also uses the new domain name  “Since 2008, the county has been using the domain name; however, is the name that best represents the county government’s role and distinguishes the County as the regional government of Cape Cod,” said Sonja Sheasley, Barnstable County’s Communications Manager. “We are grateful to the entire Cape Cod Legislative Delegation who provided a joint letter of support that was instrumental in obtaining the domain name.”
