Introducing ‘findhelp’ Community Portal for Residents of Cape Cod

Findhelp is a community portal that provides residents of Cape Cod online access to available resources such as housing, healthcare, early education, and more. Findhelp will facilitate stronger partnerships across family support providers on Cape Cod. Our hope is that findhelp can be a practical tool that further strengthens SAFE Child Community Initiative partners’ work together. For more details, see flyer HERE.
