Barnstable County is seeking proposals for Live Fire and Multi-Purpose Training Building RFP No. 7924R

Barnstable County invites sealed proposals from qualified vendors for Live Fire and Multi-Purpose Training Building per RFP No.7924R.

The bid documents may be obtained electronically online at https://barnstablecounty.bonfirehub.com where they are publicly available as of December 22, 2021 @ 8:00AM

Proposals are due on or before 11:00 AM on January 12, 2022.  THIS PROJECT IS BEING ELECTRONICALLY BID AND HARD COPY BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.  It is the Proposer’s sole responsibility to familiarize themselves with the Bonfire Online Bid Submission Platform and the online bid submission process and requirements.

The County of Barnstable reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informality contained therein, and to award the contract as decided to be in the best interest of the County.

All proposals for this project are subject to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149 as amended. Prevailing wage rates as issued by the Director of the Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development, Department of Labor Standards under the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Sections 26 to 27D inclusive, as amended, apply to this Project as do Davis Bacon Wages.

 

All Contractors must be certified by DCAMM and are required to provide certificates of eligibility to verify that the firm is certified for the category of General Contracting, for the dollar amount of their proposal.
