Sand Shifter – Stage Harbor, Chatham
Nearing the end of this project, last week we were able to dredge three out of six days with dredging operations having to stop due to winds/seas. We are anticipating just another two days of dredging to clean up some of the shoals in the middle of the channel.
Below photo shows the last section of the area to be dredged before the Sand Shifter breaks out into ‘deeper’ water.
Nearing the end.
Cod Fish I & Cod Fish II – Popponesset Bay, Mashpee
The mobilization for this project started last week; towing 5,000′ of pipe from Chatham, bringing the pipe ashore, fueling the Cod Fish I (Booster Station) & Cod Fish II (Dredge), bringing the skiffs to the docks, front end loader to the beach, and many other related tasks.
To follow are a series of photos showing the various stages of mobilizing over several days.
