Sand Shifter – Stage Harbor, Chatham
Dredging continued on Monday, but on Tuesday we had to stop due to the strong northerly winds & seas that lasted throughout the day making dredging dangerous.
On Wednesday we resumed operations but had to stop in the late afternoon to repair a small section of the discharge pipe that cracked.
Dredging resumed early on Thursday morning and continued through Saturday.
A few pictures below taken last Friday afternoon during the snow, sleet and rain conditions.
