You can easily join/rejoin or renew your membership with PFLAG Cape Cod by mail or online. If you would like to make a donation at the same time, it couldn’t be easier!
Membership levels and annual dues remain unchanged and are:
- Family ($45)
- Individual ($30)
- Limited Income ($15)
If you would prefer to make a donation without becoming a member, you can do that as well.
