Stay Healthy – Stay Open
Published on: July 28, 2020
To keep our businesses open and people employed, we need everyone to stay well.
Massachusetts began reopening on March 25, one of the last to do so, and our rate of new cases has decreased by 75% from May 25 to July 10. We were also one of the first states to enact a mask mandate which includes outdoor areas where it may not be possible to stay 6 feet apart from others.
On-going education of our workforce is important for their health and that of customers. Adherence to all workplace safety protocols and guidelines is essential. Practicing 6’ distance from others, using masks and frequent hand-washing and surface disinfectant are simple but highly effective.
Remind your employees that their actions away from the workplace will impact the workplace and acting responsibly will ensure that impact is positive.
