Guidelines issued for seasonal Cape and Islands visitors

The Cape and Islands legislative delegation, along with the region’s chambers of commerce and hospitals, has issued guidelines for seasonal residents amid the COVID-19 public health emergency, with Memorial Day weekend — the unofficial start of the summer season — three weeks away. Although the instructions may sound familiar to local residents, they compile in one listing all the restrictions that out-of-state visitors may not be aware of.
