Master Gardener Scholarships & Children’s Garden 2020

MASTER GARDENER SCHOLARSHIPS OFFERED FOR 2020

The Master Gardener Association of Cape Cod is pleased to announce that it will be offering four $2500.00 scholarships to four deserving students residing in Barnstable County. Individuals applying for this scholarship must be pursuing a degree in the field of agriculture, horticulture or a related natural resource field and the scholarship funds must be applied to the payment of tuition or room and board.  Applications are due into the Cape Cod Cooperative Extension office no later than April 1^st.

MASTER GARDENER CHILDREN’S GARDEN

The Master Gardener Association of Cape Cod operates a seasonal Children’s Garden at the Brewster Community Garden. The Children’s Garden offers children the opportunity to learn about gardening from Master Gardeners, in a hands-on way. The garden accepts children that are 8-12 years old.

If you would like to have your child participate in the program please fill out the application found on our website at https://www.capecodextension.org/aghort/news/.  Applications are due into the office no later than April 1st. Space is limited to 14 participants. All applicants will be notified prior to start of the program.
