Eastern equine encephalitis (EEE) detected in Mashpee

September 19, 2019 – Mosquitoes infected with Eastern equine encephalitis (EEE) have now been found in Mashpee. Residents are urged to take precautions: use EPA approved repellents and avoid mosquitoes at peak times.
