“ServSafe” Food Safety Training on Cape Cod
“ServSafe”, a training program in applied food safety for the food service industry, will be offered on October 15, 2018 and October 22, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. at Eastham Town Hall located at 2500 State Highway in Eastham. This 4.5 hour course and certification examination is sponsored by the Cape Cod Cooperative Extension Service.
All Food Service locations MUST have an up-to-date ServSafe certified personnel on staff.
This course has been developed by the Educational Foundation of the National Restaurant Association to train and certify personnel in the safe handling and service of food.
A $175.00 Registration fee, PAYABLE TO BARNSTABLE COUNTY, is required and is first-come, first-serve. Recertification is available for a fee of $75.00 by providing a copy of your current certificate.
