Barnstable County Emergency Shelters Serve 75 Overnight

BARNSTABLE (MA) March 4, 2018 – At 1 a.m. Sunday, March 4, 2018, the client population at the 3 Barnstable County Regional Emergency Shelters was as follows:

Falmouth High School – overnight population = 14
874 Gifford Street, Falmouth

Barnstable Intermediate School – overnight population = 20
895 Falmouth Road, Hyannis

Cape Cod Regional Technical School – overnight population = 41
351 Pleasant Lake Avenue, Harwich

The Barnstable County Regional Emergency Planning Committee will make a decision about shelter status later in the day on Sunday. As of this report, the shelters are open until further notice.

There is a warming shelter open at Bourne Town Hall until 4 p.m.
