Alzheimer’s Association Hosts First Responder Training
The Alzheimer’s Association will be offering a training for Cape Cod first responders to discuss effective interventions with individuals with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias to help them understand, approach and respond to these individuals. The evidence-informed program will provide a comprehensive understanding of various forms of dementia, how it impacts those diagnosed, and best practices for successfulness interventions for first responders. OEMS approved.
