Job Opening – CHNA 27 Administrative Coordinator
Community Health Network Area 27 (CHNA) is seeking a part-time (15 – 25 hours/month) Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative and organizational support to the CHNA Chair, Co-Chair, Steering Committee and membership. The Massachusetts Department of Public Health established the Community Health Network Area (CHNA) effort in 1992. The Cape and Islands comprise CHNA 27. Barnstable County Department of Human Services is a member of the CHNA 27 Steering Committee. Healthy Connected Cape Cod is the conceptual framework that ties together the work of the Department. Our goal is to organize regional approaches by engaging residents, health and human service organizations, coalitions and networks throughout Cape Cod to plan and implement activities that promote health and well-being for County residents. Barnstable County Department of Human Services brings community partners together to foster collaborations that enhance the health and well-being of Barnstable County residents.
