Patty Watson, Project Specialist, presented demonstrations of the Department’s online resources for behavioral health and public health and wellness:
– March 9, 2017: Outreach Worker Regional Group of “Councils on Aging Serving Together” (COAST) at the Harwich Community Center;
– March 13, 2017: Mid-Cape Advisory Council of Coordinated Family and Community Engagement (CFCE) at the Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority’s Conference Room.

Patty Watson, Project Specialist, presented an overview of Barnstable County Department of Human Services, the My Choice Matters media campaign, and online resources to the Justice Resource Institute’s System of Care Council at Anchor Academy in Sandwich.
Healthy Connected Cape Cod is the conceptual framework that ties together the work of Barnstable County’s Department of Human Services. The Department’s goal is to organize regional approaches by engaging residents, health and human service organizations, and coalitions and networks throughout Cape Cod to plan and implement activities that promote health and well-being for County residents.
