January 11, 2017:
Kim Slade, SAPC Program Specialist, presented the RSAC My Choice Matters social norms campaign to the Executive Office of Health and Human Services Interagency Collaboration.

January 14, 2017:
Vaira Harik, Senior Project Manager, presented on the regional substance use epidemic to the Brewster Community Network Forum at the Brewster Ladies Library.

January 19, 2017:
Sheila Curtis, SHINE Regional Program Manager, presented on Medicare and MassHealth to the staff at Elder Services of Cape Cod and the Islands.

January 25, 2017
Patty Watson, Project Specialist, presented a demonstration of the Department’s online resources for behavioral health and public health and wellness to the Homeless Prevention Council’s case managers at their Orleans office.


Healthy Connected Cape Cod is the conceptual framework that ties together the work of Barnstable County’s Department of Human Services.  The Department’s goal is to organize regional approaches by engaging residents, health and human service organizations, and coalitions and networks throughout Cape Cod to plan and implement activities that promote health and well-being for County residents.
