HOME Consortium’s 2015 CAPER Public Comment Period Begins August 29, 2016

The Barnstable County HOME Consortium has completed its 2015 Fiscal Year (July 1, 2015- June 30, 2016) utilizing U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) Federal Fiscal Year 2015 HOME Program funds. The County’s HOME Program was awarded $359,324 to carry out the goals and objectives set forth in the 2015- 2019 Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plan for this period. HOME 2015 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) Draft (revised 8-25-2016) pdf icon outlining the year’s accomplishments and challenges is available for public comment.

The public comment period will begin August 29, 2016, and end September 13, 2016. Written comments should be sent on or before September 13, 2016, at 4:30 PM to the Barnstable County HOME Consortium, PO Box 427, Barnstable, MA 02630 or by e-mail: mspringer@capecod.gov. The CAPER will be submitted to HUD by September 30, 2016.
