Vaira Harik, Department of Human Services’ Senior Project Manager, presented an overview of Barnstable County’s Regional Substance Abuse Council to the Cape and Islands Health Agent Coalition on February 26, 2016.  The talk provided an accessible summary of the sometimes complex network of substance use prevention on the Cape and Islands.  Vaira explained RSAC’s framework, cited current data, and identified key resources.
