County Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for New Health Lab & Human Services Building

On Wednesday April 23rd the Barnstable County Commissioners held the official ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of the new Water Quality Laboratory and Human Services Building.
Major renovations have been completed at the former County Jail gymnasium which now serves as the new offices of the County’s Water Quality Laboratory and the Human Services Department. Both the Laboratory and Human Services Department provide critical public health monitoring and planning services for County residents.
